Quality Policy

Continually improving of our Quality Management System ISO9001, we Cast Dream are committed to meet customer's requirements.

We comprehensive equipment and instruments for physical and chemical inspection of all the products, and have established a whole inspection system for all process – from raw materials to the production process till finished products. We also have implemented strictly quality control procedures for each product to meet customers' satisfaction. All products completely undergo a strict inspection before shipment.

This Inspection Includes:

• Pre-planned inspection, including tooling, equipments and production technique checking.
• Incoming inspection by an independent material QC before materials are used in production.
• Sampling inspections at each step of the production process.
• Chemical composition checked by spectrometer in site, report made by QC engineers.
• Dimension checked by projector or vernier caliper, report made by QC engineers.
• Mechanical properties checked by authorised lab if you need (payable). Hardness checked by hardness tester.
• Some special checking tools, such as Go or No Go gauge checking after correct.
• 100% final inspection is conducted in warehouses before shipment. And then we will release inspection reports for customer's approval before shipment.
